of Vertinsky and others, Gipsy and Russian music romance of late XIX — early XX
centuries
- Master of ceremonies and director of the Ball —
professor of Moscow State University of Culture and Arts Igor Sklyar (Moscow)
- Dance program with music of XIX - XX centuries performed
by a unique orchestra of Estonia under direction of Peeter Saan
- «Salon» from the Beauty Institute «Stiili ja Meigikool» for an immediate transformation into a Silver Age

- Election of the King and the Queen of the Ball

Within the bounds of the project «Russian Ball in Tallinn» a Charity Photo Shoot à la Silver Age - Fin de Siècle will take place.
Earnings will be used for purchasing educational toys for Tallinn Orphanage and paints for children from indigent families.
Everyone is very welcome to take part in a Christmas Eve Charity campaign, give donations and take part in the photo shoot.
